Once fully open, the British Colonial Hotel will offer a total of 288 rooms, including 25 signature suites. These suites range from one-bedroom options to the extravagant Prime Minister Suite. One of the highlights of the hotel is its unique room layouts, with a total of 21 different designs to choose from. The renovation gives a nod to the Roaring Twenties era with the use of dark wood cabinetry and geometric tiling, creating a sophisticated and elegant ambiance.

The restoration of the British Colonial Hotel extends beyond the guestrooms and suites. The common areas have also undergone a significant facelift to reflect a Colonial Revival style. The hotel is set to impress guests with seven new food and beverage venues. The flagship restaurant, Mahogany Club, promises a fine-dining experience like no other. The Red Pearle Grille offers poolside dining with a delectable menu. For cigar aficionados, the Burn Cigar Bar provides a cozy retreat. Those seeking light fare and coffee can visit the British Colonial Trading Company, while the Tamarind Marketplace will be the go-to spot for a buffet breakfast.

Situated in the heart of Bay Street, the British Colonial Hotel enjoys a prime location with two oceanfront pools and a stunning 300-foot private beach. Moreover, the hotel offers over 18,000 square feet of flexible event space, both indoors and outdoors, making it an ideal choice for conferences and gatherings of up to 800 guests.
